 Gail Tullio graduated from Face Up Aesthetics Institute,Canton, Ohio with a degree in Micropigmentology. She also has an advanced certification in Paramedical procedures such as scar camouflage and areola repigmentation.She is a long time member of the Society for Permanent Cosmetic Professionals. She is recognized by the State of Ohio as a Certified Micropigmentologist Technician. or CMT

Gail Tullio began her career as a traditional makeup artist who represented the best cosmetic companies in the world including Revlon , Lancome and Chanel. Her goal is to improve women's self esteem by enhancing their natural beauty. In addition, she is an expert in color theory and facial morphology. She is member of the Society for Permanent Cosmetic Professionals, and was one of the first makeup practitioners to bring this revolutionary convenience to the North Coast Area.
The Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals was founded in 1990 and is the largest non-profit professional association in the United States and internationally for the permanent cosmetics industry, also known as permanent makeup.
